Description
The Applicant has submitted an application seeking Minor Subdivision approval with bulk variance relief to subdivide an existing residential parcel into four new lots for single-family homes. In addition to maintaining and expanding the existing residential structure, the Applicant seeks to construct three detached single-family dwellings, each with a paved driveway access onto Glen Avenue. Variance relief sought includes minimum lot width, minimum lot depth, minimum lot area, minimum front yard setback, minimum rear yard setback, minimum rear yard setback to deck, maximum impervious coverage, and minimum driveway setback.
